How I can take my guinea pig to texas with me?
ok, I am moving from Alabama to Texas! and I was wondering, how I can take my guinea pig? thick, was driving! but I just put them in a cage plastic dog http://www.petsmart.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3195394 as if I can do that, I'll have plenty of blankets on it mine! and what size I get two of them? ix small kennel or cage? please help! my guinea pigs do not use bedding in its original box ..... have blankets! haha my vet said that the beds isn't 100% necessary! and she reccomened blankets! that are much better! and I could use the wire cage, I do not know!
Well I just spent from California to Tennessee with two guinea pigs. I had a cage that usually receives from Petsmart or Petco. I also had the opportunity to actually get the seat belt around the cage, and safety belt. Make sure you have a cottage, or hiding place and is likely to be nervous being in a car, and you want hide. If a dog travel cage do you want to use I do not see a problem, but I suggest you put bedding in the bottom, and treat that resembles a cage that normally live in guinea pigs rather than a change in the environment, so it is an easy transition is always good.
