How would I go about finding a good American Bulldog breeder in my area if the AKC doesnt recognize them? AKC has that breeder referral list thing. Sooo if anyone knows a good American Bulldog breeder in Michigan, please tell me.
Yes.... I can handle an American Bulldog, I currently have a Doberman, who is great with other dogs and people(means she is socialized) and we compete in competitive obedience(means she is trained)
uh, are you ready to take on an am. bulldog. Along with pit bulls, am. bulldogs can be very protective and aggressive. If your a first time dog owner I wouln't reccomend it. They need to be heavily socialized, neutered and go through lots of training classes. They need a strong pack leader, and if you can't provide that, it may not be the dog for you. They are big dogs. They might just be able to overpower you
