Australian Cattle Dog?
I just got an Australian Cattle Dog about a week ago, its around 9 weeks now. I have a huge farm where it can run but I need some tips on training it. Like keeping it around me and not to run away. Stuff like that. thanks
Basic obedience class. As a novice, it's best to learn in person, so the instructor can give you feedback on your techniques. Learning will be much faster.

My Cattle Dog keeps putting stones in the house?
I have two cattle dogs from Australia, one is 7 and the puppy is 6 months old. So, we had the puppy of 3 months and the weirdest thing started happen. We go to sleep and during the night that brings up stones from the backyard and put them into the bottom of the bed on the floor. I know you are a very intelligent bredde I had one of the last 6 years. They get plenty of exercise and long walks every night. Did not bother me when I was only a few rocks, but this morning was 13! I cam home from work and had like 10 all over the living room. I do not want to box him, because they need a lot of playing time and is 100% going to the bathroom and not booting of the house. My husband says he is doing this because he is giving us. I have tried spraying the rocks outdoor Bitter Apple and is not yet working. Someone please give me your opinion! Thanks so much! =)
probably only think of them as toys and ACD can be a bit OCD when is your game (I know, I have 3 and are actually going crazy playing with my pit bulls as I write this) I'm not sure of anything that prevents you from carrying rocks in Inside, are Preddy stubborn when they decide they want to do something. You could try to give you other things to play with the hope that grows out of it.
