Training an Australian Shpeherd?
Okay, so I have an Australian Shepherd. I would like to train him- tricks, good-behavior, possibly agility, ect. I'm afraid that if I take my dog to classes he will get distracted by the other dogs, he tends to get distracted by other dogs. I don't think that would be very successful if I did that so I was wondering if there are any good training books? Please give me titles and authors. Please help me.
Or if you have any other suggestions please comment.

Why is my dog standing on its hind legs?
Sometimes when my great pyreneese / Australian Shepherd is to be loved and to love the person he is sitting, my dog will sit again in the legs and put his paws on the person and the type of touch with their legs ... we wonder what kind of behavior does this mean? And it does so only with people who really love. In addition, there would any suggestions for good books dog language? So you can decode their whims?
My chocolate lab pointer mix does the same. My dog wears a step further and although it tries to crawl in my lap. I think she just wants to be loved on.
