oh Lord, puppy just had some coffee?

Should i expect a hyperactive puppy all day?
8 month old Australian Shepherd, roughly 40 pounds maybe? Im a bad judge of weight... I had a giant mug of coffee on my nightstand (mostly coffee, but had some half n' half and sugar in there as well) and i left my room for a moment to help my younger sister with something.. Come back and Emmy is on my bed with her face in the glass. She had maybe about a measuring cup's worth of coffee (3/4c-1c ish)
Does Coffee affect dogs the same way it does humans?
P.S. I can practically imagine someone answering and lecturing me. Obviously i didnt give her the coffee on purpose.
Caffeine is not great but it really shouldn't do much to the dog long term wise, short term yeah it may cause hyper activity, good day to go to the dog park?
lol no lecture, but I do have a sad but funny story, a Chihuahua drank coffee with speed in it, poor dog already a nervous dog then add the drugs in we were more worried about the dog getting a hard attack when there was other noise because that poor little thing jumped at every little noise it heard. (I worked at a vet and someone brought the dog in for treatment) She recovered fine with a quiet day and of course we induced vomiting and IV fluids.
which btw a toxic dose of caffeine for a 40lb dog is 2727mg of caffeine, which the average cup of coffee has 117-175mg per cup.
