What do you think about Natures Gift Dog food?
Getting a german shepherd pup, just researching some foods for him.
heres the ingredients of the Natures Gift semi-dry food.
Fresh Chicken, Australian Poultry Meals (contains no red meat), Whole Grain Wheat, Sucrose, Rice, Food Acid (338), Glycerine, Sea Salt, Canola Oil, Calcium, Flax Seed, Potassium Sorbate, Natural Colours, Natural Antioxidants (307). Added Vitamins & Minerals incl. Copper 10mg/kg, Vitamin A 8670iu/kg, Vitamin D 429iu/kg, Vitamin E 114iu/kg.
"Australian Poultry Meals" could be meat from any bird, and is probably consists of feet, head and etc.

Most of grocery store dog food formulas, like Nature's Best, Pedigree,and etc contain "meat and bone meal" which has been known to contain dead dogs and cats that were euthanized in animal shelters. Their bodies are picked up and bought by the truck load by "rendering plants" , that also pick up road kill, dead live stock, and etc. They are shredded, and boiled. They skim off the fat on the top of the "soup" and collected it and sell it to pet food companies as "animal fat", the rest of the animals' remains are crushed up, dried and sold to dog and cat food companies as meat and bone meal.

In view of a blind and deaf dog?
After a year of drafting contracts, research of Australian sheep, walking dogs, begging, and saving allowances gift or money, my mom agreed to let me own a dog. And I decided I definitely wanted to adopt a shelter dog. So for the last week I searched petfinders, and really fell in love with this particular dog. The only thing that is making me hesitate is the fact that I do not know how to train Naughty Dog a two-year-old blind and deaf. I am also a bit concerned about the introduction of a new dog to my mom's dog. So basically what I'm asking is: 1) How should I proceed to try to introduce a new dog to dog my mom I? 2) What methods are used to train a blind I am a deaf dog? super willing to face the difficulties of training a dog with special needs, I'm just a little amazed that the route to go ~ Any advice would be lovely, and I would like to thank you in advance K ~ Thanks for the clarification of "training touch!"
If the dog only were blind or deaf only training would be relatively easy. But with two-way communication absent may be difficult for you and your dog mom, and it will not respond to normal canine social signals. I met someone who formed his "Helen Keller" dog with a touch and a neck vibrating activated by a remote control (this is not a shock collar, but only vibrates to alert the dog.) Put a finger on the side of his neck meant "No" and a blow to the forehead, along with treatment "in the eulogy. She navigates the house by the sense of smell very well, but was understandably unable to do so in an environement unknown.
