Temperament of a black lab/german shepherd mix?

Hello I'm thinking about getting a new puppy and I've been looking at a black lab/german shepherd mix female that is 2 months old. I currently have an almost 9 year old Bichon Frise & a little over a year old yorkie-poo. I've always wanted a big dog but I'm just worried how my two current dogs will react to having a new dog. My Bichon just recently warmed up to the yorkie-poo. So I wanted to know what is the temperament of a black lab/german shepherd mix? Are they good with other dogs... like my smaller dogs? I'm just worried that it will hurt my 2 dogs I have now since it will be so much bigger when it grows! If you have any info on black lab/shepherd mixes please share!! Thanks!!!
Oh by the way all of the dogs are females.... I doubt that matters but just lettin ya know.

Each dog is an individual. No one can guess the temperament of a black lab/shepherd mix because there is no way to know which parent any individual pup will take after and because there is a HUGE variety in temperaments for both breeds. I can tell you that my german shepherds are generally good with smaller dogs, but that doesn't mean the shepherd down the street won't think of them as snacks (literally).

A large breed dog will NEED to be actively trained from the moment you bring him or her home or you WILL end up with a large, unruly dog that could harm either your small dogs or you (either by accident or intentionally depending on the temperament of the individual dog).

Another thing to keep in mind, especially since you have two females already and your bichon did not take to a new puppy immediately the last time around, is that opposite genders tend to have fewer problems with fighting. That doesn't automatically mean that your girls will get along better with a boy, it just means that they are statistically more likely to get along better if the new dog is male instead of female.
