I have a male boxer 6 years old, we are thinking about buying a boxer puppy, should I get a male or female ?
My boxer is very sweet, no aggression. Which would be the safest bet. Male or Female. I need to know how other spoiled male boxers have acted when you bring in a new boxer puppy
I would like to here from someone who has had a similar situation.

Males v.s. female. Rarely any problems from the dogs. Male dogs are rarely aggressive towards females. Females are aggressive towards other females and males are aggressive towards other males. I am not saying that two of the same sex won't get along. Dog behavior is taught from the owner of the dog. If you teach both dogs who the pack leader is then the dogs will have little to no issues.

Most of these problems can be avoided by getting a puppy from a responsible breeder will provide genetic health testing (DNA analysis) documentation certification.
