Could anybody give me some information about how to immigrate and gett a job in Canada? Could anybody help me?

Hi, I am Nicole!
I am 38 years old and I am a very normal women. Sometime, I am sorry for being so normal.
I am from Romania. I don't think that many people heared from my country: I was a teacher for 14 years in Romania, but there in my country, unfortunetly, we work for nothing, I mean, 150€/month. However, 3 years ago, I immigrated in Italy. I still live and I work in Bologna- Italy. I am a commercial agent.
Thinking that also in Italy the economical situation have changed, and also here we started to work for nothing, I decided to try to find my luck in Canada or in USA. With the language I can manege. i speak english and italian. Maybe I shall have chance there. I hope.
Could anybody give me some information about how to immigrate and gett a job there? Could anybody help me to find a way ?
Thank you everyone!
Nicole.
