I'm planning 2 buy my first Pomeranian dog! What important things must I know about Pomeranians? Any advice?
This is the first time I'll ever own a Pomeranian! I want it a female puppy; and most preferrably coloured sable! I would like to know the typical characteristics of a Pomeranian. There are many important things to know about any breed of dog you are interested in making a part of your family. Pomeranians require grooming 2-3 times per week to keep mats and tangles from forming. It's also extremely important to provide regular dental hygiene as they are prone to early tooth loss. A Pomeranian who has been given proper basic obedience will make a lovely pet. I would suggest you contact a Pom rescue, however, if you wish to purchase it's critical you find an ethical and reputable breeder who provides a health guarantee and who will take the Pom back for any reason at any time. Research thoroughly!!!! Make sure there is no history of Black Skin Disease in the bloodlines. Toy breeds are highly susceptible to hypoglycemia so having nutri-cal on hand along with dry food regular feedings throughout the day will help. Each Pomeranian will display their own temperament. A reputable breeder will only breed Poms of excellent temperament and will begin socialization from birth. Pomeranians are lively, active, love to play, can be willful and stubborn, and with proper training only bark when the doorbell rings or to announce a strange noise. i really want a dog. I have taken care of the dogs of my relatives have about a week. She says they need attention and care for them very difficult. I found a Pomeranian for sale at $ 300 and really want to, but my mom keeps saying no. Can someone plz help me.
