what can i do if a breeder lied to me about sending me a puppy's papers?
i bought a puppy last month at canton trade days, who didnt have papers the breeder said she forgot them at home i believed her since she was selling a lot of other breeds with papers just the chihuahuas(what i bought) did not have the papers because they were her sister's in laws who was pregnant and could not go sell them herself. she gave me this chinese story about how she left the puppies papers under her labtop she meant to take with her to watch movies... she promised she would have the papers sent thto me that same day she called her sis in law on the phone and told her she left the papers at home which really made me believe her. She gave all her info and her sister in law's so i believed she was telling me the truth well it has been a month and stil no papers, i have called her several times and she's either not there or doesnt answer. i am very mad and dont know what to do i paid $300 for this dog and he's not worth it w/no papers. what can i do??? plz help
Confucius say: don't buy dog without papers if you don't plan to eat it.
You shouldn't have bought the dog from her if she couldn't produce the papers on the spot. You can try to sue her, but she can always claim that she never promised you the papers in the first place.

Anyone have a new chihuahua teacup for sale?
I really want a baby Chihuahua. I was hoping there was a farmer out there that can let me know the expected weight of your dog at maturity, the maintenance and cost. And how I can buy one of them. Thanks! Ok I understand now that there is no such thing as a cup of tea. That is not the issue.
Be very suspicious of people advertising teacup chihuahuas or promises that your baby will never have a weight of more than £ 2 Chihuahuas are a small breed, period. No teacups, miniature posckets, breeders, etc. using the term you are looking to make a ton of money from innocent people who buy into the hype cup of tea. Also, do not buy over the Internet. You could end up as the lady who posted on yahoo answers this week about buying a Maltese puppy from a breeder Internet, and the puppy had sent her, and eagerly awaiting the arrival of your new baby .. Thousands of dollars were spent on the baby, and a ton of money on accounts veterinarian and died four days later. You need to see the puppy in person only, see the breeder, where and how the puppy is raised. If someone sends you a puppy, which could come from a puppy mill or puppy broker. Be careful. Try to buy a puppy locally. I am a breeder of Chihuahuas. I could trying to scam the hype cup of tea and charge thousands of dollars, but not me. I believe in honesty.
