How much exercise does a Miniature Cockapoo need?

I know it depends on the size of your house, but I read that large dogs living in apartments need 1-2 walks a day, and that small dogs should have walks every other day.
I know almost all people walk there dogs daily. I'm just wondering how much does a miniature cockapoo need. Thanks!

Every dog, no matter what size the dog is or what size the house/apartment is, should be walked at least once per day. If you keep a dog inside all day (aside from going to the bathroom) it is going to get bored and could very well become destructive in doors. All dogs need to be walked.

As for how long of a walk each day, you can base that on your own dog. Take him/her on a walk and watch how much energy it seems to have. If a short walk doesn't seem enough for him, walk him further/longer. If you take him on a walk and he starts to act tired, shorten it. If you are home and it seems like he is restless and has a lot of energy, take him for a walk.

It really depends on the dog. All dogs are different, but as I said, all dogs need a walk. You will know your dog best and will be able to determine the specifics.

Also to the other poster, I'm sure the asker means by miniature that their cockapoo was bred from a miniature poodle. As an owner of a schnoodle, I find it strange that you would have such a rude remark with calling it an "undersized mutt." You have a mixed breed too.
