i live on long island can i take a boat to ct for a breeder?
ok i live on long island since there are no beaGle breeders anywhere close to me theres a maltese breeder, in branford CT i know shes a breeder cause i found her link on akc.org, how can i contact her and can i take a ferry to ct.? and is it worth the 42 miles? how mcuh do i except to pay for the dog?
Port Jefferson to Bridgeport (Or Orient Point to New London ), which leaves you with travel of about 25 miles Bridgeport to Branford, (45 miles New London to Branford)

XZY DOG breeders please... call the breeder and talk about your seach and interest she may or may not be able to help But definately start a conversation before Youshow up at here house looking for a puppy..lol Personally I would contact the North Shore Animal rescue On long island and discuss with them your interest in a beagle pup , You might be surprised ... I should mention many folks in Connecticut have adopted dogs From North Shore either directly or Indirectly through Local shelters that work with them... Let them know You seeking a beagle and a pup ( if thats the case) and when one comes in You will get a call to come and see what has come in, The Rescue saves lives offers dogs at a LOT less then what you will pay from a breeder maybe even free which would allow you pleanty of cash left over to buy toys and fun stuff for him to begin his new lifewith you, Some animals might have issues but with lotsof attention and Love IT will be a home run..Please consider calling the North shore animal rescue Its On LONG Island
and maybe you can save one dog from being shipped To Connecticut ..sometime in the future....
