Do YOU know what a Hybrid is?
I'm asking this as many people I meet seem to think...well I'm not going to say, because I want true answers.
I've recently been bombarded with e-mails from some crazy lady trying to telling me over and over what 'Hybrids' are.And she got it wrong. For some reason, she also decided to insult my favorite breed (Pit Bulls), saying they're are ugly and that 'Teacup' Runt dogs are the best in the world, LOL.
But ANYWAY, my question is:
What do you think a Hybrid is? Do you think a Hybrid is a mix of two different dogs, eg. Golden & Cocker? Or what?
I KNOW what a Hybrid animal is. I just want to know how many others know what a Hybrid ACTUALLY is.

And thank you, Poms NZ. I think, after I emailed her back, she went a bit psycho. She seriously is deluded. She got 'Hybrids' completely wrong and saying Runt dogs are a breed is just laughable.

an actual hybrid is between two different species of animals. however, people often call the purposeful breeding of two different purebred dogs as hybrids. they are actually cross breeds.
