Dog adoption policies and repossesion dog?
If I adopt a dog from a rescue that states have to live in the area to adopt and says they do checks on the dog throughout the dog's life and reserves the right to take the dog back at any time they see fit ... Is that legal? Can take the property back after purchase? Additionally, you may states that can not be moved from the area and still have the dog? IE - I live in California now, if you take the dog and move to New York, could legally get my dog?
These policies are not to go to a shelter that is near where you live just to get an animal rescue. as some shelters have races pure. The animal rescue shelter to go to a loving home to keep the animal as it was a family member.
