i need to find a good lap dog breed?
i live in homewood al and my family and i are trying to find a good CALM lap dog ang suggestion? also if you know of a dog breed description and pictures would help anc if you know any breeders or shelters that have that dog that would be great

I'd suggest looking at petfinder to find some shelter pets in your area ^^
You probably aren't looking for a puppy since they're usually pretty hyper, but most shelter dogs are a little older than puppies anyway.
Go for a smaller breed, obviously - I think someone mentioned terriers already. The best thing about shelter dogs are that you can get to know the dog a little bit before you take it home, so I'm sure you'll be able to find a nice, mellow little guy =]
