PLZ HELP GREAT DANE from bangalore kennels online payment trustworthy or scam ?
hi im lookin to buy a harelequin great dane( white with black patches) im from hyderabad. ive contacted a guy from a internet classifieds website(sulekha) and we talked over the phone for a long time and im sure hes a good breeder as he claims. he says hes from Golden dream kennels Bangalore. BUT he says they only accept payments thru online bank transfers and they deliver they pups by bus with KCI registration papers, microchip, health certificate etc. can i trust this guy with online payment and the right breed dog etc. if anyone of u bought a dog similarly PLEASE ADVISE.
PS : the pup costs 25,000 and he sells great danes worth from15,000 to 2 lakhs
PPS :cost is in rupees(1usd~50rs) and the price is fair locally. i select the pup thru various emailed pics. Any indians who know bout this kennel etc answer plz
The breeder may or may not be genuine - thats beside the point. I seriously feel that if you're so keen on the dog and are paying a good price for it, its worth a trip to Bangalore to pick it up yourself.
Its only an overnight trip ( Im also from Hyderabad) and you can also go on a weekend and be back on Monday morning. This way you'll get to meet the breeder personally. you can check out the litter, the pup's parents, their living conditions - and mainly if the puppy is worth 25K before you fork out the money. If you pay the money online and then a sub-standard, sickly puppy arrives, you cant do anything.
Better safe than sorry.
