if you have a maltese or boston terrier dog answer this!?
ok, so im getting a puppy and i can only get one but i don't know what type of dog i should get. Should i get a boston terrier or maltese puppy? if you have either one of these dogs as pets can you tell me about them and reasons why i should get that one? whats a good site to help me choose? are there dog breeders in rhode island on a good website? PLEASE ANSWER ALL OF THESE QUESTIONS NOT ONLY ONE OF THEM. all answers apprieciated very much.Thankyou 
I have a Boston. These are very different dog personalities. Boston's think that they are big dogs. They are very hyper, love to play, and are very curious. My Boston likes to cuddle but on his terms. Usually when he is tired. They are usually not timid or shy. Maltese's are quite a bit different. They are more of a small dog (they are much more fragile). They have a tendency to be nervous if they are not socialized properly. They are a perfect lapdog and are usually well mannered. My Boston had a crush on one in puppy training class.

as far as breeders. You could look at local vets or specialty dog stores. They would know the good from the bad.
I love my boston. Is is affectionate, playful and perfect for my lifestyle. I can take him to the park and he gets along with all the dogs. He is easy to take on a road trip and can stay in most hotels. He is up for anything. He is a trouble maker though. It takes forever to potty train them and when he was little he would get into stuff all to the time. I had to watch him like a hawk. I will always have a Boston Terrier though. Other than the Boston I am not a fan of small dogs. I dislike the yappy nervous dogs. I love other peoples lil dogs but I could never have one. So I am biased. Love those Bostons

I'm in Brisbane, Queensland, but happy trip to the Costa del Sol, Costa de Oro and its surroundings to pick up the puppy. I'm looking for a companion for my dog today and a Christmas gift for my husband. I'm not interested in breeding or papers. Could someone please point me in the right direction? It's okay if they are mestizos, with something else. Thanks)
