Looking to adopt or rescue a small to medium sized dog in OH?
In the areas of : Toledo, Cleveland, or Columbus
It doesn't really matter the breed. But my budget is 50-150 (for adoption or rescue)
I'm buying a dog for my sister as a birthday present (she is 6). I don't have a lot of money to spend on the actual dog, but I do have a plan for care/health costs for the dog. So no lectures are needed.
I'd rather rescue a dog, then shell out a huge amount of cash to a breeder.
Can someone point me in the right direction?
Considering it's just my sister and I, I'm going to have to say yes. Everyone is on board.
A pet is such a great gift for a little sister, and you're such a great big sister to give her such a gift. There are a lot of places that have amazing dogs and puppies.
