Tibetan Terrier Puppies?

Edit: I wanted to add that I've looked for dog breeders in the region, and contacted one about puppies. They said they probably wouldn't have a new litter born until the fall. I was hoping to by chance find a puppy before that but haven't had any luck. I've thought about adopting one, but still haven't been able to find a TT that's close.
Very recently, my family pet passed away. He was a Tibetan Terrier and lived for 11 years. Anyways, I'm hoping to find a new dog, and would like another Tibetan Terrier, preferablly a male puppy. I've had no luck looking through the Dallas Morning News Classifieds, but was hoping maybe anyone knew anyone, or was personally selling TT Pups close to Dallas, Texas.

Is this a good breeder?
I have been looking so hard for a nice breeder. Does this sound like a good one? http://dallas.kijiji.com/c-Pets-Dogs-puppies-GEORGEOUS-MALE-YORKIPOO-W0QQAdIdZ76015658 I talked to her on the phone and she sounds very nice and willing to take the puppy myself. This sounds a little fishy or you think this is a good deal?
Although some good breeder advertise their pups, yes, even on Kijiji, this does not seem to me a responsible breeder. Check out the link "View other listings of this person. "She has about 9 of them up there, some are purebreds, most are" designer "breeds. Call her back and ask This proves that the parents are gone, the CERF, Cardio, BAER, Optigen, ball joints? If she says that have been tested and cleared, request certification # s for view the documents. If she can not produce, run! Ask to visit, if she will not let you, run! "She asked questions like, I can come do a check home, you had a dog like this before, I'll give veterinarian or pet care professional references, you sign a spay / neuter contract and the Dog me if you can not keep, even when he is old? These are just some of the questions a good breeder should you ask. Sorry, but this looks like a factory puppies for me. If you buy a puppy from people like this just encourage them to produce more. If you want a nice mix, go to a shelter and pick one that has been dumped not by the "people, and others like her other puppy buyers, I'm sure that sounds great, so they use car salesmen! After all, you sales can not be bad.
