a PUPPY.
That is a little cheap.
My parents are cheap, and don't want to pay a lot for a dog.
I have looked on petfinder.com, but they do not have a puppy close to here within our budget..
Does anyone know a breeder or a shelter that is cheap and in KY?
We can afford a dog, we just don't want to pay too much for it.
We have enough money for food health care and etc.

Shelters are the cheapest place to get a dog, so if you can't afford the adoption fee I would question your ability to properly care for the dog. Shelters usually charge between $50-300 for a dog, which is only a small fraction of the cost of ownership. It costs about $1500 a year to keep a dog, and that's assuming there are no unexpected health problems. I would suggest that you carefully reevaluate whether you can afford a dog. If you're sure that you can, just keep looking in shelters. It might take awhile, but eventually a dog you like will be available.

Why not suggest anyone use a veterinarian who treats large animals (cattle) and small animals (pets mal seizure - dog cats and such)?
