Two Questions?
First, I really need to convince my parents to get a dog. They act like they really don't "know" and that they will think about it. But I don't know what to do to make them be convinced. Also, does anyone know of any breeders that breed mini-dachshunds in or around Charlotte, NC?
dachsunds are tough. They usually have back problems and need expensive surgery. Not only that they are hard to hold. Dogs are a lot of work and you need someone home to let them in and out. Your mom or dad have to want to be in on that kind of responsibility. I guess if you promise to do all chores for the dog...walk it feed it and clean up any accidents they would go for it. Don't forget puppies chew things and sometimes expensive things or non-replaceable things...
Anyway, good luck. In the end dogs are the best!
