shiba inu dog help?
i am getting a dog it might be a shiba inu but i not sure if they would both agree on this dog breed so i need a few questions answered
how can you train the dog to behave and not make a mess allover the house?
are these dogs easily trainable and could i get some tips
i have a female cat will the dog be okay around it the site i looked at their puppies are trained with cats
and lastly are their any dog breeders close to long island that has puppies i found one site already the breeders live in NJ
I don't know anything about the breed you are looking for but I can answer about the cat. I bought my puppy a year ago and I have 2 cats. At first the cats were resistant, and they hiss when the dog walks by but they get used to it. Now, they still hiss at her but not nearly as much.
At first she will be mad because you brought a new animal in the house. But then she will get used to it and she will still hiss when the dog is by her but its mostly because the dog will be energetic and try to play with her when she wants nothing to do with it. Ultimatley, the cat will survive and she will get over it. Then one day you will just come in the room and find them sleeping together!

i need an Alaskan Klee Kai, I live in NY, I have to find a breeder in New Jersey, please help, I need a website, please do not suggest petfinder.com or nextdaypups.com etc ... I tried googling but it's useless. please help.
http://www.uakka.com/breederlist.htm not seem to be any registered breeders in New Jersey, but there are some in New York ... It is a rare breed I do not think there would be no farmers in all states.
