Wanted puppy, small breed?

I am looking for a puppy for my mother who just recently lost her dog a couple months ago and was looking for one but couldn't find one so she stopped her search, so i decided to find her one for her birthday coming up at the end of the month, i am looking for a small dog like a yorkie, pomerianian, english toy spaniel or something around line, dont care if they are mutts or hybrids as long as they are small toy breed size and are cute if you know any shelters or breeders or just some one selling them in pittsburgh or within 30 miles of there please tell me ( no prices over $850)

http://aquadreamshop.tripod.com/id30.html
you can adopt a dog for a much cheaper price than buying one....but i don't think you could get a dog that fast lower than $850....you might as well adopt one
hope this helps
