Responsible breeder in oregon?
Anyone know of a responsible australian shepherd breeder near portland oregon? Looking for a puppy for january. =] I love the aussie look, and really don't want to adopt an older dog.
I've had a australian shepherd in the past...i know their temperament
Being the owner of 2 Aussies...I can tell you they do not shed anymore than any other long haired breed. A good brushing once a wk will curtail most of the shedding. A tennis racket and a ball is a must...just hit the ball as far as you can for about 30 min....it will keep the dog happy. They are extremely intelligent. Very easy to train. Not the least destructive. Fabulous pets...very affectionate. We have a blue merle and a black tri.
