how long does it take to get papers from dog breeders for pedigree after you purchase a dog from them?
I bought a malinois pup online, from TX...the dog is now 10 wks old
If you've paid in full for the puppy, the breeder should've already given you the registration slip he/she got when he registered the litter. You would send that slip in with your name as the new owner, and the pedigree and new owner registration would come directly to you.
If the owner hasn't yet registered the litter, he/she has up to a year to do so, so you're at their mercy. It's always best to be sure this has been done before paying in full. Most breeders register the litter and have the slips ready to go home with the pups, but there are always exceptions.
If you write a check it's reasonable for the breeder to send the paperwork after the check has cleared.

Bulldog breeders in tx?
i am looking for bulldog breeders because I'm interested in them and some other races. I can not find the list of breeders bulldog in the AKC and the clubs usually display the result of breeders. if I get a bulldog I want to be AKC and meet AKC conformation have had all tests and vaccines, and of a good line blood. I'm hoping to show and i plan to have a handle me the breeder to confirm that the dog meets the standard. You can find the list of breeders AKC Bulldog? I have seen some of the breeders and AKC showing sometimes have web sites. i thin no American is allowed in the AKC: im wanting the English Bulldog)
You should probably go look at local dog shows - there are breeders and should be able to find a great deal of information about what formation rules are and what qualifies as coping.
