What's the difference between ACA and AKC?
I had never heard of ACA registration... I know the AKC is the American Kennel Club... and all of my dogs have belonged to that category...
Also, what's the difference between limited and full registration?

AKC is good. They are way more picky on the dogs back round. ACA is crap! You can reg almost any dog with them without a good background.
Limited means you can not breed & most requare the dog to be fixed.
Full means you can breed & reg pups from the dog.

Question about dogs my papers and stuff?
I have a Cairn Terrier and want to know what I need to take to Mexico for about 3 weeks. Previous owner also did not address in the Kennel Club registration form U.S.. How I can get the registration papers?
Contact the former owners of his record AKC. papers. Should be maintained and should have given you. As for the documents to go to Mexico, call your vet and ask what you need, or call the police local, should have some information for you.
