Is this normal for a maltese puppy?
Im getting a maltese puppy tonight. The breeder only has pictures of the puppies when they are very young. Her camera is not working right. The puppies are 8 weeks old now and she doesnt have updated pictures.
The breeder says that some of them have brown smudges on the top of their head, but that this is normal and it will go away when they get older. In the pictures on the ad, i can see brown smudges by the eyes too. Will these actually go away? Is this normal? Please help!

its an hour and a half drive for me, so im its a long drive for me if im not positive im getting a puppy.

She is not a good breeder b/c a good breeder would never sell a puppy on websites like Kijiji !!!
I don't see any health contract, she probably doesn't do health screenings on her dogs. She probably got a male and a female maltese from a pet store and bred them. Those poor puppies mostly likely have underlying health problems and won't live to see their first birthdays 
She is the type of person that is ruining this wonderful breed... :'(
