Dogs Breeders In Canada Q&A
Has anyone else ACTUALLY tried Murphy's Oil Soap on their dogs?
I mention it because the reputable publication "Dogs in Canada" Annual breeders guide had a full page write up on it, and gave it a thumbs up for use on animals. I have used it, will continue to use it and it has NEVER been detrimental to any of my dogs coats. It is vegetable oil based, non-toxic, deodorant free and biodegradable. The same cannot be said of many products including Dawn that many push.
I have never used it and never would use it. Are you sure the Murphy's Oil Soap in Canada is the same one sold in the US? Here it smells like a nasty petroleum type product. We use it on the pews at church, but I would never put it on an animal.
