Panosteitis in German Shepard Dogs?

my dog was just recently diganosed with Panosteitis. could someone help me!

It's easy to pick out who DOESN'T regarded dogs as sensitive creatures whose pain we should worry about.

But HERE is not where you should be asking your question.
That you ARE asking it here suggest that there was no actual DIAGNOSIS, just a guess by a non-vet.
Accurate diagnosis requires xrays, to differentiate between the striations typical of panosteitis and the misformations typical of hip dysplasia & of the several disorders we lump together as "elbow dysplasia".

However, if the limping moves from leg to leg you can be fairly sure that panosteitis is the culprit.
It is basically an infection inside the bone, and can vary from "barely noticeable" to "absolutely crippling". There is one antibiotic that is allegedly effective (it is VERY hard to get any antibiotic INSIDE a bone!), but as pano can come & go without any obvious rhyme nor reason I cannot vouch for it that anything is actually effective. Depending on the degree of pain, pain relief is likely to be necessary, as are a soft sleeping place and NO demands that the dog move around.
The best thing about pano is that it DOES cure itself, although sometimes it recurs a week or so later.
The worst thing about it spontaneously clearing up is that idiot owners think that the "cured" pooch is okay to breed from.
I believe that in the USofA Lance of Fran-Jo was a prime source of the genes that produce the susceptibility to whatever bacteria or virus causes the problem. But I used to communicate with a breeder-cop who had it pass from mother to daughter, and I doubt that HE had any Lance-type lines in his stock. Certainly my only case didn't - both parents were German-bred from top lines back before the Martins changed the breed in Germany.

And realise that there is no such thing as "ARDing", so no breed was developed to perform it.
My breed was developed to HERD sheep in the German boundary patrolling manner, so its real name (Deutsch Schäferhund) translates as German Shepherd Dog
