what to feed great dane puppies that are 4 weeks old?
Mom has all but stopped feeding the puppies .I am giving the a high quilty puppy food that I soften with hot waterIs that enough>
As much as Schnauzer Mom ♥ makes me laugh, I will try to help 
Did the mom slowly stop feeding? Or was it sudden? Do the pups seem weaned already? Do they continue to try to nurse? It's rare but SOMETIMES the mom can decide to stop feeding at an early age. If the pups seem stressed at all, go buy some milk replacement for puppies (walmart and any petstore will sell it) and give that to the pups for a couple weeks to get them properly weaned.
If you have concerns, please talk to a vet. They can walk you through the process of feeding/weaning.
Continue feeding the food you are giving now, it will help wean them.

BARF Raw Food Diet Great Dane?
How do I prepare chicken back to my Great Dane, I can have all the bones? How much on average and how many power each day? I do not feed BARF, but I know many people who do. Go to petconnection.com (I think), go to Google, search all you can. There are a lot of information on the web. Just make sure that a good source and not someone trying to sell you something! Also, if it becomes too BARF, BARF food is similar to but easier to prepare. Ooma, the variety of nature, etc, have tubes of meat cut and feed your dog, or medallions of beef. Also cooking is honest, having mixed with water mixed in a slurry (meat, vegetables and fruits).
