Doesn't this give a whole new market for puppy farms, back yard breeders and dog thieves.
The wrong dog in the worng hands is every bit as dangerous as a knife.
Do you think we should be introducing stricter controls on both breeders and owners?
This is why there are breed specif bans on dogs that have done nothing wrong. They are only due what they are trained to do.
There should be stricter laws for the idiots who train their dogs to do this.
