I'm not sure if you're kidding - Canada is a country, not a city. And not some small country either, with a single "business" or "shopping" area. Canada is the second largest landmass in the world. You could fit England twice in the province of Alberta alone.
You should be using google for most of these questions.
But to help you out, parliament building can be considered a historical monument. Downtown Toronto I suppose could be considered a "business area".
Square one in mississauga is big, but West Edmonton Mall is the largest shopping mall in North America.
Practically every neighbourhood has a school or playground.
Here in Canada, we can only travel by sled (sarcasm - everything you use, we use. Cars, planes, even the good old train, can you believe it?!)
I suppose an interesting fact you could use is that we are the second largest land mass in the world. Or that we invented both Basketball and Hockey.
Our culture is very unique - each province has it's own culture. However, French Canada is probably the most unique. Look up the province of Quebec - the first language in that province is French (street signs for example are in French). Also, we have a strong aboriginal culture in the North part of the country.

Jim Carrey. Pamela Anderson. Keanu Reeves. Athletes? Wayne Gretsky. Bobby Orr. Terry Fox. Hell, even Justin Bieber is Canadian. Just google "Famous Canadians".
