I bought my minature jack russell at the age of 7 and a half weeks.?
i've had him almost bordering 2 weeks now, he originally came from ireland, and he was breeded there etc. he was also docked there. and he had been shipped over to england with his 2 brothers, i bought him from a very experienced breeder, who i trust very much, but when i got there, the brothers were biting eachothers tails, i know its natural because they are just playing but my puppy has no hair on the end of it? is it natural to have this, he is fine and has settled in very well, so i am not particularly worried about it but i was just interested because obviously it has healed, but theres hair all over his tail and then at the very end its a pinky colour with no hair, i was just wondering is it normal, he is still a puppy so i guess so maybe it will have hair eventually. any ideas?
IThe fur may be growing back slowly. I don't think it's a problem, but if it doesn't grow back soon, I'd start worrying.
