My Cavalier King Charles Spaniel has a bad, aggresive problem.?
I dont know why he's being so aggressive. He was a gift from my aunt and once i took him to be house he would just go into his corner where his bed was and growl. Then it you tried to touch him he would bite you. Sometime he wouldd take your shoes, and then growl and snap at you when you try to get them back. But then again, he's really playful and loves to take naps on your lap. He's getting nutered today. The vet said that that would help, but im not so sure because from what ive read, thats not going to help my dog at all.
this is probably a result in bad breeding. Yes, aggressiveness can be passed down. I suggest you get your dog to a professional dog trainer as soon as you can. You need to have them come to your home to assess the situation.
Vets are not trainers. They are primarily educated in animal medicine and some behavior problems. A trainer will be able to help you much more. but you do need to get the dog fixed anyway.

which dog breed should i buy?
i have to buy my parents a dog. they live in an apartment.
so what do u reckon should be the best dog breed to gift them that would be suitable for elder owners??
1.chihuahua

Of the dogs you've mentioned...for an apartment...I recommend the Daschund. I have owned Daschunds, Chihuahuas (I have one now), and poms. The Chihuahuas are sweet and one-person (woman) dogs and are yappy and heel nippers. Poms are bid shedders and very hyper.Cavalier KCSpaniels are heavy shedders and generally too big for apartments, and need lots of outdoor exercise. The Doxies are low shedders, not very hyper, and great lap dogs...they train well and are very smart.
