hi can anyone tell me where i can buy a lowchen or know of a breeder i live in wales but will travel?
There's a Lowchen Rescue in Shropshire, so shouldn't be too far to travel for you.

I know you asked about a breeder, but it might be worth at least phoning these people to see if they can help. Dogs of all ages are in rescue for all sorts of different reasons. Believe me, it's a rewarding feeling knowing you have given one of these dogs a second chance.
