If you find a Yorkie for $700 or less in this area, it won't be from a decent breeder. Yorkies are expensive dogs, that's just the way it is. If you find a cheap one it's because it's from a puppy mill or some backyard breeder that just threw two dogs together with no regard for health or appearance. And females are automatically going to cost even more than males.
If you're not willing to pay for a quality dog, why don't you just check the shelters and rescues and find a Yorkie that needs a home? Adoption fees are much less than puppy prices. Try www.petfinder.com.
