Minnesota Pet Shops Q&A
Would this be a good joke to tell about Swedes living in Minnesota?
Two Minnesotans, Sven & Ole, walk into a pet shop near
Brainerd. They head to the bird section and Sven says to
Ole, "Dat's dem."
The owner comes over and asks if he can help them.
"Yah sure, ve'll take four of dem dere
little budgies in dat cage up dere," says Sven.
The owner puts the budgies in a paper bag. Ole and
Sven pay for the birds, leave the shop, get into Sven's
pick-up and drive to the top of some big cliffs
near Brainerd Lake.
At the cliffs, Sven looks down at the 1000 foot drop
and says, "Dis looks like a grand place."
He takes two birds out of the bag, puts them on his
shoulders and jumps off the cliff. Ole watches as Sven
falls all the way to the bottom, killing himself dead.
Looking down at the remains of his best pal, Ole
shakes his head and says: "By yumpin' yiminy, dis
budgie yumping is too dangerous for me."
You are really on a roll tonight! Did you get those antlers polished - "again?"
You too funny! lol!
Gotta love ya!

Minnesota Pet Shops Q&A
Where I can sell Angelfish in Minnesota?
I have a pair of angelfish bredding and asked me where I can sell babies in Minnesota or anywhere for that matter. Are there any pet shops or anyone can sell me? How I can sell them? What do you think the price is decent?
Yes, as critterman said the local "mom and Dad "type stores can buy, it would be a better bet than the chain stores like PetSmart. I know that around here will take, but usually not buy, but you can always call and ask, just go to Google, type in "PetStore in ___" and put your zip code, make a search of all stores in like 50 to 100 mile radius and call and ask. You can always try to run an ad on craigslist, or join a forum, many forums have a section of the market, monsterfishkeepers.com is one of the biggest forums I found. You can always choose to sell on an auction site as aquabid.com fish but may not have much luck there with a fish so common and not a "respected" merchant on the site. Price really depends on the type of angel who is in liveaquaria most angels are in the range of 6.8 dollars as they are common fish found in most PetStore (and liveaquaria is usually a few dollars more expensive, not to mention the postage!) but if you have a rare variety that could sell higher, for example, an albino liveaquaria sells for $ 12 and sells for 20 red
