My step dad wants to get a Native American Indian Dog?
Do you know any local breeders or breeders that arent 8 states over I live in MO
tell your dad just to go to your local shelter.. you can find plenty of husky mixes there.
A "native american indian dog" is NOT a real breed. Its your average husky mix. The "breeders" are a small group of breeders who are just breeding mixed breeds that have a wolf-ish appearance.

Does anyone have a Native American Indian dog?
A few days ago someone asked a question about the true American race or something. Someone responded again with a website for this breed of dog. The Dog Native American Indian or NAID. I'm curious to see if anyone here possibly have one? There are not many breeders, I think maybe 4 in total in the country. It seems as if they have more or less the same needs as a Husky or Malamute of which I own both breeds. I'm not looking to get one now, but my husky is getting up in years and may look to get a NAID when he dies. So what I'm looking for is real testimoney particular race. Not only do breeders say. I hope your answers!
