New Zealand Bunnies Q&A
bunny question please help?
i have to bunnys.one a netherland dwarf bunny and a new zealand bunny.i had the dwarf for 5 mounths and the new zealand about 2-3 mounths.i love them both dearly and would never give them away.they just arnt what i expected.....my netherland is a burst of energy i put in on my lap and she try to jump off anf run around the room.then i try to catch her and she runs all around the room hiding uunder dressers and even in my addick!she realy is a pain.and my new zealand.i let him on my bed but all he want to do is loook and walk around its like its his first time looking at my room....i cant give them away plus i love them to much to do so.and if i did my dad would never trust me with another one they live up to 10 years....and also what bunny reflects a cat and dog and is a lap bunny?
Ok so I have raised rabbits for the past 14 years and I have dealt with all different types of rabbits. The smaller rabbits tend to be a bit more of the hyper type as the larger rabbits tend to be a bit more reserve. As far as a lap bunny I have had two rabbit breeds in my life that were that way.If you want a docile lap rabbit I would suggest a Himalayan. They are really good rabbits and I suggest that any first time rabbit owner get this breed. They are little love bugs who just love to be rubbed between their eyes.On the bigger side I would say a English Lop.They are not a docile but they are good lap bunnies.Hope this helps.

New Zealand Bunnies Q&A
in the adoption of a New Zealand rabbit?
eys all white, pink and a male
Usually bought in pet shops. Animal shelters often have rabbits for adoption just visit their websites (eg RSPCA), but still have to pay for vaccinations, etc. But because you want a specific type of rabbit that has to buy. Just remember that albino rabbits need special care and are generally kept indoors.
