how to train my dog to use it's dog bed?
I have a one year old ( turn one june 1st ) toy pomeranian. I bought him a dog bed but i can't seem to get him interested in it. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what i can do to get him to use it.
Lure him into it with treats and lots of praise, then if he knows the command to lie down, have him do that. Once he lies down, pet him and praise him more. Eventually he will like it there, and probably go lie down there on his own.
