Around New Jersey or Pennsylvania? I looked at the pound but they don't have any. Also i mostly want to go to a breeder to have a choice in which dog.

****BEWARE! Not all dog breeders are good breeders!
-Stay away from anyone who does not health test BOTH motherand father of the puppy. You want both parents to have great hips, eyes, OFA, ect. Tests done.
-RUN, dont walk, away from someone who mentions breeding for money or 'beacuse they can'. These breeders do not breed healthy dogs.
-Never buy a puppy straight offline. No good breeder will ever sell a puppy online. If you buy a pup straight off the internet you might as well be throwing your money into a puppymillers pocket.
