Where can i buy wood to build a Rabbit hutch...?
Hi,
My rabbit died a year ago and i would really like to get another, but i sold her hutch. Also my parents said i couldn't get another rabbit, but recently said that if, instead of buying a hutch, i showed my dedication by building one then i could get a Netherland Dwarf rabbit!
I've seen my dad and granddad build hutches loads of times before and i plan to follow some instructions off the internet on how to build it but i'm having a problem finding anywhere to buy wood!
We have wood that i could use for the main frame and the run but i need to get some flat wood for the sides and back!
Does anyone know anywhere (in the UK) that i can find decent wood? I've looked on the B&Q and Homebase websites but there's absolutely no wood on there for sale!
I live in Buckinghamshire by the way, if this helps!
I'd be really grateful if anyone has any information that can help me!

b and q do sell wood look up plywood sheets if its flat wood your looking most hutches made from that if its not online its def in store

Is this a wild rabbit for sale?
Hi, just came home from a pet store where he had what looked like a rabbit with rabbits for sale in an indoor enclosure. It was in "Pets Home ", which is a great company with stores across the UK. It is obvious that there was actually a rabbit, since it seems pretty tame, only looked very similar. Is this a race, closely related to wild rabbit, which is kept a pet? If so can anyone identify this for me? I would be very interested to buy one!
Bryce; This skin type is known as "Agouti" occurs in wild rabbits and wild rats ('Brown'). It is caused by a gene. So while meek servants, ye rabbit could claim was a "Reverse genetics."
