Help big problem with dog thieves!!?
I have had 12 of my beautiful poms stolen over a 2 year period,the police have been of no use whatsoever,i have treid cctv,but that was stolen!,barbed wire,electric fenceing,double fences,ie a fence within a fence,flood lighting,i also had 2 guard dogs on site,but one was piosened with anti freeze,so i feel it unfair to now use guard dogs ,although they at first seemed to work,my dogs live in my home with me,all are micochipped and ear tattooed,also most are dna profiled, i have also had quite a few rescue dogs stolen,i do small breed rescue,one that was stolen was a diabetic chihuahua,this really hurt has i know she would have died,it has got to the point that i cannot leave the property,but the theives will even try when i am at home, has anyone got any info that could help.
I am intrested in using "smart water" has anyone got any advice about this product?
You need to speak with security specialist. Most of them guarantee their work. They will do an evaluation and counsel about your best defense. They will be in your yellow pages (Home security)
I also had a dog thief, who stole 5 of my dogs in a one year period. Even though we moved to another state, I am still paranoid about leaving them when I am away. I got a van, so they could go where I go..It sure can be a hassle, though. They are huge dogs, and I am limited about where I can go..

If Pomeranians right for me and my family?
I want to get a Pomeranian. But my parents are not so sure and want a big dog breed.They are still not entirely convinced yet have a dog! Honestly, I 2, I do not think that will happen! so I have a couple of questions. If Pomerania OK with being alone (or with a pom) for 3-5 hours? How much have one or two pompoms? How many times a day they need to walk? While making pompons with being in motion (for example, is in the car for about 10 minutes of walking around my small town to me) information: In the days of the week is usually all gone at 8.30, but can be around 9.00;. All dogs can be good for the family if they are bred and trained in a quiet environment. My aunt has a staffy cross .........???? and she is very friendly towards humans, but when it comes to other dogs is very aggressive. If you have young people in your family or you are a dog owner first maybe you should think about getting a lab or golden retriever because they are family dogs and are very rarely bright aggressive towards humans and dogs. You can be alone or with another dog for hours at a time and is very easy to train if they teaches a puppy. My parents did not want a dog at first, but I convinced them to buy a golden retriever and she is great, she is friendly and fairly well ported - Pomeranians. cost around £ 500 plus £ 200 in places, but can be even more. They have to walk at least twice a day like any other dog breed. They should be able to be alone with another pom if you are sure they are reliable and not attack each other, if you have any questions, do not leave together. 5 hours referred the length of time that must be left, but we left our dog up to seven hours and she is fine as long as we walk to his before and after. You need car train with a very young age otherwise you may have problems when they are older. My dog used to get travel sick and she hates the car so that he could not take their places were far away. If you have been every day have a neighbor or friend to come and walk and feed him / her. hope this helps good luck [x]
