Papillon Breeder?
I have a currently have a 3 y/o female Papillon and am looking for a reputable breeder in the Southern Illinois/Missouri/Indiana area. I am looking for a pet only. Willing to enter into spay/neuter contract. I am looking for a breeder that tends towards the smaller size as my dog now is only 5.5lbs. Looking for REPUTABLE breeders only willing to place a non-show quality puppy at a reasonable price with a loving family that will shower him/her with love and attention.
I know where to go to locate lists of breeders. I am interested in the opinions of people with first hand experience. I am basically looking for a postive word of mouth recomendation for a Papillon breeder.
