Any place to get a Pure Breed Chihuahua for a good price in Tennesee,Kentucky,or Southwest VA?
My little sister wants one of those teacup chihuahuas and it's hard to find one near to where we live becuz we live in a small town(Buchanan County)......I have tried looking at the pet shelter online in the town we live in but can't really find anything.She says she wants something adorable and a baby.Do you know of any place to get a Chihuahua from a breeder or Shelter for a really good price in Kentucky,Tennesee,or somewhere in Southwest VA??
I live in Virginia btw.

Teacup Chi? I do not belive there really is such a thing.
AKC says that a Chi is the smallest breed weighing in at 3-5 pounds.
Most breeds that are sold as "teacup" are not within the breed standards. You get "dwarf" animals in some breeds but they are considered a SERIOUS fault.
Have you been to the AKC website to look up breedersin your area? In general I try to encurage people looking for a "quality" animal to do a LOT of research and do nto limit yourself to breeders within the area.

Cheapest place to find a loving pet?
I'm trying to find a 8-10 week old Chihuahua puppy (long or short hair) or 8 to 10 week old Papillon puppy in the area of Fredericksburg, Virginia ..... Also look in Tappahannock, Virginia and Montross, Virginia Some papers need not be a pure bread, first set of shots and dewormed. Some of my friends have most of their dogs for free or with a small donation rate. I'm trying to get some good information together now when we will have next month 
breeder names and pages, rescued pets, gifts .... all information is welcomed. * No puppy mills Thank NOBODY gives a dog About small .... I disagree. They do and did it, I had no room for a dog then. Thank you.
You know, as I (and probably you) receive flamed for this, my Papillon dog is a pet store, and man, is right healthy. If you do not want to go to the pet store route, try local shelters ... must find some chihuahua mix there ... My only complaint about the refuges is as demanding they are ... I know some breeders papillon in this way .. really! Send a Message on Messenger or something, we can talk about it, to keep the fire.
