teacup yorkie (yorkshire terrier) puppy? looking for a breeder?
I am looking for a teacup yorkie puppy particularly in the south east Michigan area that will be between 4 and 6 pounds fully grown. I have been looking on the internet for about 3 weeks and have come upon 2 scammers. I need a little girl puppy from a breeder that i can go pick up instead of ship. It can't be insanely expensive either (less than $900)
well i know teacup yorkies are a scam but i want one on the smaller side because i am moving to an apartment.
If you know "teacups" are a scam, you shouldn't be surprised to keep finding scammers while searching for a "teacup yorkie". The breed standard for Yorkshire Terriers calls for the dog to weigh no more than 7 pounds, so you do not need to be looking for a dog on the small size. Here is the breeder referral list for the parent club, the breeders listed will have agreed to follow the code of ethics and will be your best chance of finding a well breed and healthy dog.
