Trick question. There is no such thing as a teacup dog. No breed comes in a teacup size. If you had done an ounce of research about any of those breeds you would know that.
You would also know that the "maltipoo" is a mixed breed, and therefore not a "breed" at all.
You would also know that all of the dogs you listed are under 10 pounds anyway.
And getting any purebred dog from a reputable breeder will cost you FAR more than $250. I would recommend going to your local pounds, rescues, and shelters and adopting a dog.
Although, I also think that anyone that thinks "teacup" dogs exist shouldnt own a dog at all.
