Perfect partner for my welsh terrier?
I have a lovely welsh terrier, but we're moving into a much larger house during the summer in L.A. giving me the possibility to get another dog and was wondering what breed would get along with her, a dog about the same size and energy level would be great a young dog also because my welsh terrier is around 1 year old. My welsh Terrier is a little on the small size(11in from feet to shoulders). My brother is around 6 years old so a dog good with kids please. There is also the possibility that we are moving into Central Europe or New York so a dog that could handle the cold please, but a dog that won't choke in the heat also. Grooming isn't a problem but not a dog that sheds alot. I will be able to provide this dog with all it needs and i am open to adopting and buying from a good breeder. Thanks again!

Welsh Terrier is also basically compatible with other dogs and can do well in homes where he isn't the only canine companion. So, I guess he can be the best partner to any breed of dog. Just remember to be prepared when introducing him to your old dog:
